NEW BLACKBOARD COURSE FORMS

To better support the increasing use of Blackboard at PGCC and the impending Datatel Colleague System changes that will be implemented for fall 2008 courses, there are now TWO Blackboard Course Site Request forms:

1.  Online Course Request Form -  to be used ONLY for online (DL), hybrid (HY) and telecourse (TV) courses.   This form contains two “new” questions regarding mandatory on-campus testing and special  requirements (i.e., hardware, software,etc.) for each online course section.  This will allow us to better assist students by providing additional information to assist them in choosing their online courses.

2.  On-Campus Course Request Form - to be used ONLY for on-campus courses not designated as distance learning courses (i.e., LD, LE, XD, XE, LW, XW, etc).
