Information for Reviewers


Thank you for participating as a Quality Matters peer reviewer at Prince George's Community College!

 

Prior to each review cycle, you will receive an email from the QM coordinator at Prince George's Community College with specific information about course review dates, the review team, Blackboard login information, and other important details about your specific review.

Payment Information:

Course review payments will be processed at the end of the course review period after all reports have been submitted.  Note: PGCC cannot process payment without the appropriate paperwork listed below.

 

  • External Reviewer Payment Information (non-PGCC employees):
    A check will be mailed to you after the following documents have been processed:

    Stipend Invoice
    W-9

  • Internal Reviewer Payment Information (PGCC employees):
    Your payment will be processed as a plus adjustment after the following document is received: QM@PGCC payment request

QM Rubric Website:

Prior to the reviews, all peer reviewers will be placed in their teams at http://www.qmrubric.org where the rubric necessary to score and comment on the courses under review is created. If you have forgotten or misplaced your login name and password for the QM rubric site, please click the “Help” option at http://www.qmrubric.org or contact QM at info@qualitymatters.org or 301-358-2621.

 



Blackboard Information:

QM@PGCC reviews are conducted in Blackboard. All peer reviewers will be placed into the PGCC Blackboard system prior to the review and login information will be emailed to reviewers. To access the PGCC Blackboard system, go to http://pgcconline.blackboard.com. Peer reviewers will have the course status of “course reviewer”.

 

Please note: if you are reviewing more than one course, your username and password are course specific

 

Once you receive your username and password, if you need assistance with your PGCC Blackboard login, please contact eLearning Services at eLearning@pgcc.edu or 301-546-0463.  The PGCC eLearning Services office provides phone support until 9:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
