Wi-Fi Hotspots
Did you know that Prince George's Community College has Wi-Fi Hotspots on-campus.
What are Wi-Fi Hotspots?
Wi-Fi Hotspots are locations where you can wirelessly access the Internet from mobile devices (such as a laptop, cell phone, i-Touch, etc). Hotspots are often found near restaurants, train stations, airports, cafes, libraries and other public places. Today, many universities and schools have wireless networks in their campus.
At PGCC (Main-campus), the hotspots are located in these areas:
- Accokeek Hall (1st and 2nd floors)
- Bladen Hall (Computer Labs)
- Largo Student Center (Open Lounge)
- Novak Field House
- Continuing Education Building
- Center for Advanced Technology
- Temporary Buildings (near Novak Field House)
Why not take advantage of technology and try-out your mobile devices in any of the above locations.
